The booking process was easy and directions to space good. However there was no photo sent to me of a bay with an x in it so I just had to park in one of the available bays and hope that was ok.

To get to this parking space, you are directed to drive on a road that is for resident vehicles only. I received an £80 fine - my number plate should have been registered to drive and park here when I booked the space and it was not.
