My space is in a private, gated and secure basement of a residential apartment building located at Empire Square. Access is to the rear on Tabard Street, as shown in the photo. An allocated bay and sits next to a space also owned by me, hence will allow a slightly larger vehicle. The space is big enough to fit vans and minibuses less than 2.2 metres in height. The car park is accessed via Silvester street and then right on to Tabard street. The gate is opened remotely via intercom at the entrance. For longer stays, I can provide a fob for repeat entry and exit.

Even though the parking space is bit narrow, it was ok for our vehicle (Mini cooper) to fit in. Also I found that access into the parking area was straight forward and safe as per the instructions given by the owner.
The instruction to reach the entrance of the parking was clear enough but please add the route to reach Tabard St via Silvester St because there is a one way system.
