Parking on Empire Avenue, N18

I booked a parking space, but when I arrived it was already occupied by another car. I called the owner, and they told me to park on the street outside a neighbour's house instead, which I did. However, that's just street parking and not the private parking space I paid to book.

I arrived at the destination, only to find 2 cars already on the driveway which left no room at all for me. I rung the doorbell to see if anyone was home that I could speak to as i had booked and payed for this driveway for the whole evening (costing almost £30) but no one answered. This left me faffing around and spending more time finding a different place to park which was a massive inconvenience to my night and almost made me late to where I was going. It was an awful user experience with this specific owner, however the past times i have used just park have been amazing. I tried to find a phone number for the owner on the booking however I couldn’t find one provided, which wasn’t helpful for me in this situation at all, so i had no way of contacting the owner directly so i have had to reach out to just park instead in an attempt to get this sorted. If i could give the owner a 0/10 rating, I would however there is no fault for just park with this situation. I trust they well get it sorted and refund me for this incident.

Easy to find. 30 minutes walk to Tottenham stadium. Easy get away Will definitely use again

Easy to find and owner assisted with parking. However ridiculously tight to enter and exit with car parked directly in front.
