Booked space well in advance, arrived at the space and it was occupied. Called the space owner was quickly dismissed and stuck without a space.

It would be helpful to advise or provide slightly more information relating to the parking space. 1.) Clarification when booking whether or not the two spaces are available under the one booking. Partly because using just one of the spaces renders the other unusable and caused a little concern should someone else have booked the second space. 2.) Advise that turn into the drive (parking space) is immediately after the junction with Fulham Road. If you are not familiar with this space it is very easy under the pressure of following traffic to miss the space. This happened to me but found that I could fortunately drive around the block so to speak. Owing to the comments provided 4 stars given rather than 5 stars.
