Be aware of metal bollard laying down in centre of space. This was caught on my car on leaving and tore the rear bumper apart.

It was easy to find, but I would say it is a bit tight parking. Not sure, maybe for London it's a lot of space. My advice would be just to double check with seller if you have a bigger car. Ours was Citroën C5 estate and it was a bit difficult to get out.
