The app for extending parking time did not work

I was trying to extend the time and it's greying out so would not let me extend my time to pay the 3.50 for an extra 20 mins. So I then went to do another parking but it was saying it's free which I know it shouldn't as I was already there for 2 hours. I've tried to call 4 times and it kept saying that I should try to call back again

It would be nice if one could not only extend their stay but also shorten it to avoid paying unnecessary fees if they happen not to stay as long as initially thought/planned

I found the parking space myself, then saw a sign for JustPark. I downloaded the app which was very easy to use. So I haven't used the app fully yet.
