The space is just a four-minute stroll from New Southgate station, with direct trains to Moorgate via Highbury & Islington, offering easy access to central London. I’m also about six minutes’ walk from Arnos Grove Station (Piccadilly Line) — ideal for swift city connections.
For those heading to Alexandra Palace, it’s conveniently one stop away on the overground, or reachable by bus. It’s also walkable, though do be mindful it involves crossing the North Circular — less picturesque, but certainly doable for the adventurous!
Please park on the left-hand side of the driveway, next to the narrow aspect of the garden. I keep the right-hand side free to maximise space and ease for your parking, though it’s occasionally used by family and visitors.

This is an excellent pairing space with easy access to New Southgate and the local area.
its secure and safe away from otherwise busy roads with lots of vehicle movement.
I understand there were a few issues with the app, but I was able to make contact with the owner who explained everything clearly.

Absolute gem of a space and my car (jaguar XJ) is quite wide and long and it fit the space fine! The lady who rents this space is a diamond, she came out to us when we returned late in the evening to ask us if everything was ok and to offer us chilled bottles of water as it had been a very hot day/evening. What a lovely lady, I would not hesitate to recommend this space to anyone needing easy access to the city! Thanks so much we had a fab visit and will definitely return xx

Very simple parking close to station. The bush could do with cutting back though as I to go close to this to ensure sufficient space for the adjacent car parking space.

With easy access from the A1 and only a 15min walk to Arnos Grove this booking was a no brainer. Add to this an extremely warm welcome, as Simon Cowell would say "I didnt like it....... I LOVED IT!"
