Unable to access the space as it was behind a locked gate. There were no instructions on how to open the gate to reach the parking space. There was no contact number of the space owner to reach out for help and I was on hold on justpark customer services telephone number and had to drop the call as it was getting late for the appointment. Had to find a different spot to park.
