Parking on Dingle Gardens, E14

Tenant had tantrum telling ne the owner hadn't notified them about renting out the spot and threatened to scratch my car.

Paid for a space I could not use. The roads were closed due to the London Marathon and there was no access whatsoever to the parking space as the runners ran right across the road. The space should not have been advertised as I'm sure the space owner was made aware in advance of the closures. I was charged for a space I could not use.

This space would have been ideal but when I arrived there was a black cab parked in the reserved space and partly occupying the space next to it. I tried calling the owner about this with no success. I tried knocking at the house in front of the space but no one seemed to know what was going on. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my car but had no other options at such short notice. Thankfully I came back to find the black cab was gone and there were no complications with car but the lack of communication during my stay was poor.

I didn't get to park my car for the times booked for my booking due the fact someone else was park at the time I was meant to be parking my vehicle

This carpark doesn't exist. I have parked my car on provided address, the owner of the house cam to me saying that I'm not allowed to park and there is no car park.

Arrived to see space taken. Photos taken to prove this. Owner rejects space was taken even with pictures as proof. Just park agree with me so they refunded me. Shame the space owner wasn't nice to me over txt message. Was late for my appointment.
