A bit confusing to get access to the building. You need to contact the property owner before getting in. My space was booked for 4:30pm but I couldn't get there by 6pm. Thankfully the gates opened by themself, but another car was in the spot photographed. I had to call the owner to confirm if I could park anywhere else which was ok for the session. When leaving I wasn't sure how the gates opened, so I called the owner again but no reply (it was pretty late though almost 11pm at this point). Thankfully the gates opened by themselves as I drove my car closer to it.
Really great location though and car felt safe. Owner was friendly too. Just confusing instructions on how to get in. Wish it was written somewhere that the gates would open automatically as I wasn't aware of that rule and felt a bit anxious about how to get in and out of the property as I don't live in a gated parking lot area so not used to the system.

The owner was very helpful about access codes when we arrived
Also he messaged me that evening to say I had left my lights on...so that avoided a nasty flat battery 3 days later.
Would recommend this spot.
