There was one space in the car park, but was almost impossible to get in . We were not overly convinced it was a legitimate space and there did not seem to be any system in place to keep the space we had reserved. It was advertised as a public car park and you could easily conceive it being filled up.
Easy to find. Very kind receptionist
Only 1 space left. Not allocated and soooo tight with marks on pillars where cars had hit bumpers when trying to park. Said to consult concierge and he said just park... so wasted time there too. Not bad but not a lovely experience
Very good services and easy to find on map provided. 5 star
The parking is around the back of the Marriott Hotel, accessed via the hotel driveway on Cromwell Road. It's not so much a car park as a spare piece of space, the spaces are crammed in so some care is needed on entry and exit. On arrival all of the spaces were taken. The car park is open to the public (pay and display) and there's no entry or exit restrictions, or any obvious way that spaces are reserved. Luckily, just as we arrived someone else was leaving, otherwise it would have been a no-star review. That said, the location is great for visiting the museums (10 mins walk) and staying at the Premier Inn on Knaresborough Place (as well as the Marriott, obviously). The Just Park fee was a £10 saving on the pay-and-display prices.
