A bit tight parking but great parking for the Cromwell hospital and you can go into the hotel for a coffee
Got charged a PCN. Had asked the hotel attendant where to park followed all instructions and still got hit with a fine. I appealed the ticket and had it revoked but was a waste of everyone's time. Be careful when parking here and double check you are parking in the right place.
I was charged more than if I'd have turned up and paid at the machine.
If I could put 0 stars I would. Space was very small, followed instructions and went into hotel to say I was there with JustPark, was told "car park is round the back, park where you like". A few days later I received a parking fine for £100, for parking without paying. This has since been cancelled on production of my receipts however, this kind of thing should not happen. I shan't be requesting to park here again.
We have received a 100 pound parking fine from the Marriott, despite the fact that we had booked parking through your website and we had informed the Concierge of our arrival. Appalling service and we will certainly never use your app again!
