I prepaid for a reserved parking space, and when I arrived at the car park there was no parking for me. When I contacted the customer advisor, he refused to own the problem or offer an alternative viable solution. He also refused a refund (as I had entered the car park and was deemed to have tried to park). Appalling comp procedures and woeful customer service operatives

I prebooked and prepaid to find no spaces available at all so down £20. Definitely won't be using this "car park" again.
