Fitzrovia, Clipstone Street Citi Car Park Pre book

The parking was very safe, clean and in a great location. We will definitely use it again whenever we are in London.

Great space, very central and secure

Got charged extra for literally no valid reason no staff and find any reason to give you a ticket which cost £60 btw couldn't extend time on just park with the same rate. Would park somewhere else next time. Also the car park is kinda confusing to navigate can find cheaper on the street and closer to locations

Easy access

Ok car park and not too expensive for Central London. However, the 2 star rating is due to accessibility issues. There was no lift so I had to single handedly carry my baby son in his pram down a flight of stairs to gain access via the pedestrian entrance, which was extremely unsafe. There were no staff on site to assist and the spaces are small for larger vehicles. Plus, there were no parent and child spaces which makes it difficult if you need to get a baby out of a car seat and into a pram. Clearly designed by a man in the era before Dads looked after children. (They do these days)

Easy to book online,well specified and fair pricing , good locations in places of interest and popularity.

Convenient and easy

It's cheap to pay at the carpark

I cancelled because the timings for the parking was not what I requested, then I re booked and selected the correct time and it was still changed so I paid double for nothing
