Car Park in Camden, NW1

When I arrived there was already 4 cars parked, so I had to park in front of the gate and close to another car (to ensure other cars could get out). There's no number for the owner of the space so I called Just Park customer service who couldn't help. Felt worried about my car all day as I was concerned it may get damaged if the other cars needed to get out.

No problem finding. Needed to extend by abit which was very easily done. Will be booking again!

The instructions for entry was somewhat confusing. It gave the Entry number in large font as the first thing, but it is not the number for the padlock which came later among other things in small print that you have to carefully scan. I can well imagine why some people can’t gain access. The car park itself was ok if a little difficult to manoeuvre.

Used this space a few times now no issues at all good spot right near underground and secure with good lighting

The front gate didn’t shut and was consistently open

Very disappointed. The code wouldn't open the gate so I was unable to access the spot. I called customer service but was on hold until the service dropped the call without answering. Due to needing to make a timed entry at an event I had to find alternative parking and pay again. I would not use this location again.

Everything was fine except for an issue with the lock on the gated entrance. I parked successfully (a bit tedious to squeeze into the corner, but manageable), went about my day, and returned in the evening. When I tried to open the lock using the same code, there was no buzz or response. I attempted multiple times without success and eventually contacted JustPark support. They said help was on the way, but after waiting an hour, no one showed up or contacted me. After trying the code again—same number, same method—the lock suddenly worked, and I was able to retrieve my car. On the way home, I called JustPark to report what had happened. Surprisingly, two hours later, I got a call from JustPark asking whether I had managed to access my car—suggesting that no action had actually been taken in the meantime. It seems that even if I hadn’t been able to open the lock myself, the outcome might have been the same: no help would have arrived.
