Car Park in Camden, NW1

Sadly, I had to complain due to the upkeep of the car park. It did not look like the photos and had lots of fly tipping including clothing and empty alcohol bottles. It was considerably overgrown and challenging to park. The rubbish lead me to believe there was a risk of drug paraphernalia but I did not move the bushes and rubbish to find out. Just park have been great with support and feedback.

Parking was fine, although there was an extra car in there I had a space at the back. Gate does not even close let alone lock, which is not what the ad stated. And there is another car park right next door and no signs or numbers to help you figure our which one, the photo was helpful In working this out. But otherwise relatively smooth.

Easy to find. The 3 parkin spaces at the back were taken. a car was in the front corner, which ledt 1 tight fit left. if mt car was any bigger it qould of been an issue. the gate was also unlocked and the lock wasn't working. However had no issue with my car parked there. please fix the keypad lock though, as that was part of the reason choosing the space - secure.

It was great space and safe My car safe all the times

A very good price for the area. You cant get cheaper. Would be even better if there was a meaningful discount for monthly bookings.

I should read the comments here. It seems owner is doing the same thing every time. They just let more cars book the space than the actual parling lots. All parking spaces were full with other cars. Worst experience ever with JustPark. I dont know how they let that kind of parking owners in the platform, when multiple users reported the same. I had to search for another parking last minute, under time pressure, and had to pay much high price, since I was in a hurry. Please avoid this scam

Good spot, but that hanging tree - over the yard needs to be cut back as it makes the cars sticky or dirty also.

Cheap price for central London.

Absolutely appalling experience. I pre-booked and paid for this parking space over a month in advance, only to arrive and find the car park completely full with no spaces available. I had booked from 12pm–12am, arrived at around 1:10pm, and my space should have been guaranteed. Instead, I was left driving around stressed and late trying to find alternative parking, which ended up costing me an extra £25. To make matters worse, customer service has been completely useless. I spent over 25 minutes on hold with no proper resolution, and despite contacting them afterwards, I still haven’t received a response or any meaningful help. The whole point of pre-booking is to avoid situations like this, yet the car park had clearly been overbooked. Extremely disappointing service, poor communication, and no accountability. I would not trust this company again and would strongly advise others to be careful when relying on a pre-booked space.

Do not park here. When we arrived all parking spaces were taken. So we left it there anyways NOT blocking any cars (they could still get out) had a phone call that i needed to move my car. The gate was wide open. Unsafe area.
