Car Park in Camden, NW1

We were given a code to enter the car park, no such code pad was available and the gate was wide open for anyone to get in and park. Good for the price though.

Gate wasn't closed so wasn't as secure as it might have been but still a brilliant spot and would use again if I'm in the area

Very vague signage and instructions. Still not sure I parked in the correct space. Small carpark with Just Park signage is apparently no longer under Just Park. You need to update and make it more clear. I was provided with an access code but when speaking to your call centre I was advised that there was no access code

Space wasn't locked and won't close.

Found parking ok but there was no lock on the gate... felt a little uneasy leaving car in what looked like waste land.

Managed to find it ok, but when I got there, there was already 3cars there , I had to use the front space and put my car on an angle so it didn’t get hit. Also gate was left wide open and the lock didn’t work, was abit worried if my car would be safe. Luckily it was, and luckily no one else had taken that spot. Maybe get a new lock? And put reserved signs up? Also I had to move some black rubbish bags out the way. Didn’t ended up needing all the time in the end left at 2:30. Was a nice spot and close to get into London so I could get to start area (ride London).

The space was not too difficult to find, but it was not secure. When I arrived a vehicle (possibly an Uber) was parked in the entrance blocking the way in. There were several men at the rear of the car & I was unsure what they were doing. At least one if them appeared to be getting changed or at least had very few clothes on. I didn't want to approach them, so called Just Park to try to confirm I had the correct space. While I did this the car eventually left & I was able to park, but it was not possible to shut the gate as the mechanism was broken. I had to get a brick to prop it against the gate to stop it from swinging back open. As a result I arrived at my meeting with rather dirty hands. When I returned to my car, the other 2 vehicles had left, but no one had bothered to try to shut the gate & it was wide open. I won't be parking there again & absolutely wouldn't recommend it.

Couldn't park as there was road works which the app never told me couldn't get into the parking lot as the outside was being dug up
