Allocated parking space in the middle bay in a row of three in front of numbers 3 and 4 in quiet, safe cul de sac in Victoria Park village, ten minutes walk from Victoria Park entrance. Well lit, and available 24/7 for any period required. Sheltered from view of main road by shrubs and trees which border the bay on the left. Owner works from home so is on hand during the week if needed. Bus links to City, West End, plus Mile End, Stratford Westfield & Bethnal Green tube stations all 5 mins walk away. Good for access to Olympic Park and 15 mins walk from Hackney Empire, Hackney Picturehouse and Hackney Central Overground, which are also all on direct bus routes. Owner happy to help with directions to onward destination or advice on local facilities.
NB - IMPORTANT. Due to a local authority Schools Roads scheme, during term time if you are arriving at the parking space on a weekday morning between 8.30 and 9.30 am or in the afternoon between 3 and 4 pm and approaching from Well Street, please turn off onto Ainsworth Road and come round onto Balcorne st and Clarendon Close via Alpine Grove. Holcroft Road will be closed to non residents at this time and fines can be imposed on non authorised road users. If you have any questions about this, please don't hesitate to contact the space owner.

This was my first experience parking on someone s drive, it was a lovely, quiet residential close and felt very safe. It was a perfect distance from the park and was a pleasant walk with enough coffee shops and bars to feel safe walking later in the evening. I would definitely recommend and would use it again if I’m in the area.

Perfect quiet and safe spot in short walking distance to All Points East festival. I have a relatively small car so those will larger cars may wish to consider the size of the space .

Booking process and instructions couldn’t have been easier. Good value. Docked one star for size of space. Would be extremely tight for a larger vehicle.

Parking space was ridiculously small as there were two other medium-to-big cars already parked. The hedge as well makes it nearly impossible to park in a way where you can get out without damaging your car or getting hurt yourself. I was also worried about getting scratches from the other cars if they decided to move

Very safe space in a quiet cul de sac, very easy to walk to Victoria Park which was where we were going, only problem was it was very tight, we have a Golf and there was not a lot of room to open the door so any bigger would be a struggle.

Great location for Victoria park
Slightly tight space as there is a car parked next to the space luckily my car is small but would recommend as it's in a cul de sac felt very safe to park there.
