The car park is open 24/7. You will need to use the padlock to have access to the car park after 18:00. More information about this will be provided in the access instructions after booking.
The attendant is on-site Mon-Fri from 06:30hrs to 18:00hrs. Outside of these times you will need to use the padlock to have access.
Please note that at busy times during the day the parking operator may ask for the keys to remain with them. The attendant is present all day so you will be able to collect them from him.
The Car park is single entry and has extra lighting.
The car park is outside the congestion charge zone. (13/02/2023)
If you require the space for any additional time outside of your booked period, please ensure that you make an extension or a new booking to the extra time required.
IMPORTANT NOTICE! All Vans, 4x4s, minibuses, shortwheel, longwheel base and Luton Van's will incur an extra £5 surcharge per day which is payable at the car park office upon arrival.

There was broken glass in the middle of the car park (I had to move it out of the way to be able to park, luckily I saw it in time).

The Gate was locked I’ve tried to get a refund twice both times left without a reply after an initial email.
Please give me a refund I couldn’t even park up. The gate was locked
