Chignell Place Car Park

The cap park was full! No spaces available! No phone number to call the owner

Do not book this. Dangerous area with lots of abandoned vehicles. No room to park and nobody to assist. After speaking to a resident he informed me that it's derelict area and never pay to park there as it's always blocked in with local shop owners. Contacted support who were unable to find me an alternative parking area. Won't use this again. Don't book Chisnell Place

The picture here does not reflect how the space actually looks. This is an alleyway at the back of shops, very chaotic and there is no such thing as organisation there. Bays are not marked, it seems like anyone parks there and no one pay, no existence of signage or control. I booked the space for 1 hour today, parked my car in the only bay available, came back 45mins later to find two cars parked in the middle of the alleyway blocking my car. Called customer service, they couldn't even reach the company that listed the space, they also mentioned that there's a parking control company, it seems like it's fake as they couldn't find any real info for it. I spent an hour going to every shop surrounding the alleyway to ask if anyone knows anything, but everyone said no. A 20mins later one of the shop keepers that I asked came by, just to find out that one of the cars blocking me is his. The other car blocking both of us belongs to his friend, who he didn't mention anything about. After waiting there for an hour, they both come laughing and casually attending to their cars and leave. Such an awful situation. This listing should be removed immediately from JustPark.

Very difficult to park here, too many vehicles. Decided not to park and instead went t a public car park as we were concerned that the vehicle would get damaged.

I couldn't park as the the parking space had other cars

Parking space occupied by the time I go there. Access is blocked by other vehicle. I didn't get the refund upon cancellation. Don't book the spot. JustPark spaces are not good .

it did look as safe place to leave the car, but had no other option. ended up with my car blocked in the evening.

Not enough space to park. Very difficult getting in and out

Owner specified to only park in the specific place, but those spaces had been taken. I did call customer services who couldnt put me through to owners and didnt provide a suitable alternative - the closest available place was walking distance, but i didnt feel comfortable walking alone at night. But left my car near the original spot and the next day there was space to park the car
