Could not open barrier to get in or leave which was worrying. We did finally manage to get through to phone support to open the barrier.

parking spaces are tight. the gate didn't open with the app so I had to go into the hotel and validate my ticket.

We parked here to see a concert and the location was perfect and easy to access. However upon trying to exit the car park the barrier would not open via the button on the app as instructed. There was a huge queue of cars that had the same issue and we were advised (by a very rude man over the intercom) to park up our cars again and then go to the hotel reception to get our tickets validated! This meant that we had to then rejoin the queue again and get stuck behind more cars. It took in total 30 mins to exit the car park which meant it became a very late night. If I were to park here again I wouldn't bother booking with JustPark as clearly their app doesn't work with the barriers, instead just take a ticket on entry and pay using the machine as usual, it's the same price anyway
