The parking space is in good and secure location. also, very convenient to walk to the Lords cricket ground.
it has a narrow entrance/exit. The bins and plants added to problems to manuovere the car. One car was already parked and it proved difficult to get in out (my car is Hyundai Kona EV 2023).

Whilst the parking spaces are big, getting on the drive and swinging it into place was an utter pain. If there was 2 cars there it would have been impossible.
Close to tube station. Felt safe leaving there. Fair price.
