The code didn't work, so I had to use the emergency one, not a biggie, but good that I had read other reviews and was prepared for this. The bays are pretty tight but got in and out ok ...

It was very stressful. The "open gate" wasnt working, the code wasnt working and then I tried the emergency code and only worked the 3rd time.
Then I had the same on the way out, and I was running late for an appointment and it was very stressful as I was locked inside the gate and had no way of going out or asking for help. No phone to help for assistance etc. After many attempts, the emergency code only worked.
Overall, unless I am in extreme need, I dont think I will be using it again

The access code didn't work, so I had to use the 'emergency code'.
The garage entrance was tight and the parking space was incredibly tight. Even with my mirrors in, my car (Renault Arkana), only just fit.
Because of the design of the spaces, I had to park nose in, or there was zero chance of me exiting my vehicle.

the door was not working and i could not get in. i spent 25 minutes on the phone with your customer support who were unable to help me. i ended up being very late for an important appointment and had to find alternative parking. this was the worst service ever and i expect tobe fully reimbursed in cash, not credits, as i will never use your services again.

The code didn’t work. Tried 3 times. The keypad needs replacing and is on a wobbly post. I waited 5 minutes on the emergency number. I was given 2 new codes which didn’t work. The third one did but I was worried it wouldn’t let me out.person on phone polite.

The PIN code for the access gate didn't work, nor did the app sending an open signal. The emergency code worked though. I was on hold for several minutes

The parking space is great but this is at least the second time that the code given did not work and that I had to ring to get an emergency code.

We have a Land Rover Discovery Sport and the space was too small for it we had to leave the car half forward of the space as there would have only been a couple of inches to open the door
