Bad directions, couldn't find parking space , had to park in the street

Difficult to access - have to call security number and they took ages to answer, when they did he seemed unsure whether to let me in. Eventually he opened the gate - after all that there was another car in the space when I got to it - had to book another space. This has happened multiple times with JustPark. They never refund the money and always find an excuse not to.

Was ideal place to park for my stay. Was a little hard to find, esp with the owner not being there or contacting us directly by phone, Communication could have been better. Limited messaging only through whatssapp., mainly from me.
I just hope, no fines are issued as did say show permit, but when checked with security seemed ok. Hoping so!
