Marlin Canary Wharf Car Park

!! SCAM PARKING BEWARE !! The same thing that happened to Amir M on 30th September happened to me, arrived to park at the Marlin Canary Wharf on 25th October called the concierge and had to walk inside the entrance so he could verify my parking was valid on his computer once done he sent me to the basement to park once there I find out I was trapped down there as there is no way out once parked, walking out is impossible as you need a key fob for the all the doors and lift, being in the basement I had to walk up the car ramp and stand at the car entrance to get phone signal to call for the concierge to come and open the door at the bottom of the basement so I could leave and go to my work event, the event finished four hours early so I left four hours early, a week later I received a £60 pound fine for parking there, I appealed it with the receipt of parking and was refused and told I still have to pay as I was in a residents bay, how is it not a scam if the concierge who works there told me where to park, yet I still get a fine a week later ?

Faced challenges because nonproper instructions were provided. There was no way to come out of parking so I had to call receptionist to let me out.

Safe and secure parking easy to find

Parking spaces were ok to find, overall pretty secure.
