Great experience easy to find and park

Staff were very helpful. However the spaces were quite difficult to find unless you got out of the car and had a look at the numbers. Some of the spaces were difficult to get into, especially as other cars were over the lines leaving less space for an adjacent vehicle. And the pillars made it very awkward to get in and out. The space felt secure so that was encouraging. We also had a van that we parked and it would have been handy to have known in advance what the height restriction was as the up ramp to the exit was quite restrictive. In the end, it didn't cause a problem, but if we'd used a taller van, it could have been a real issue. However the staff were willing to open the entry ramp in the event of the van being too tall, so that would have saved the day.

Very easy and reasonably priced. Excellent location and very helpful concierge.

Great place secure to park and cheaper than the hotels

Easy to find, great service by friendly and helpful staff (concierge). Directed to right area, mentioned how to get out of parking. Spaces large enough, felt secured. Great space if like us staying in Canary Wharf for few nights. Definitely will use again.

Access was fairly quick. There is a 24 hour reception. Struggled to actually walk out of the car park as there are no signs - luckily another man who was fixing his bike said that if we walked up the 'out' ramp, the sensor would open the door - could have done with this info from the receptionist.

Very easy from start to finish. The concierge were very polite and friendly.
