the carpark reeked of urine, and I wasn't prepared to risk using the stairs to access the ground floor from below because it felt lonely and unsafe, so walked the ramp to exit on foot. if this place is being used as a toilet by people: when are they doing this and what else is going on in there when I'm not with my car? I actually wouldn't consider using this place to park if I was arriving or leaving after dark.

Simple and efficient, unfortunately it wasn't clear if I was actually in the correct car park as there wasn't any signage for just park. I tried to ring just park but ended up with an auto answer service. I had to ring the number posted at the car park who resolved the problem.

It was not possible to get a park prior to level 5 basement. A couple of large SUV's had taken more than their share with a large amount of room for drivers to get out, but the wheels of their vehicles went into the next parking space. So I was unable to correctly park. So I kept going until I found a park.
If I can park my big beast in a middle park with no issue, I don't understand why others cannot!
But that's not your fault, there should be a penalty- after all, learner drivers are required to park between the lines, so too should so called experienced drivers.

Really good space with clear instructions and guidance to it. Only slight problem was the entrance had been repainted and looked slightly different from the photo you sent us

Struggled to know which car park was ours, the address given leads to a street, and the car park is labelled as 'citipark' no notice to say that it was the correct car park I've paid for without talking to a local
