It wasn't easy to find and the app said it was 2 bourne house it was 5 which caused a little confusion. I would use you again though.

Struggled to know which car park was ours, the address given leads to a street, and the car park is labelled as 'citipark' no notice to say that it was the correct car park I've paid for without talking to a local

Horrible car park. Spaces are so tiny that we struggled to get out of the car. Had to rub against walls. Walls is another story. I literally felt like I parked my car in a public toilet, couldn't get that stench out of my car and nose for another half an hour after leaving. As toilet is locked there(unlike other locations) people literally using space behind cars as a public toilet. I felt so ill from that urine stench on level 5. Lifts out of order. So if you are all the way down with a pushchair, forget about easy exit and entry. Definitely won't use it again.

My car was broken in to. Luckily nothing of value in the car, but is not a nice feeling.

The lift was not working, so we found it difficult to use stairs. Also we could not find a blue badge space which would give us more space.
