Wehn booked the photo showed the name of parking as Bell street car park . When arriving it said Citypark car park with its own website . So as not sure if that is the same parking needed to pay again on the machines . So paid twice just to avoid even bigger charges . No customer ser see There was a big group of youngsters blocking the entrance , making loud intimidating comments , then on exit they were blocking one of the exits . Not pleasant and actually quite scary at midnight. No custommer support on Saturday 6pm . Otherwise location was perfect!

The picture for the parking was different from the entrance! I really had to question it!?! Still not sure it was the right place? The guy on the door wasn't sure either! What a faff!!

the carpark reeked of urine, and I wasn't prepared to risk using the stairs to access the ground floor from below because it felt lonely and unsafe, so walked the ramp to exit on foot. if this place is being used as a toilet by people: when are they doing this and what else is going on in there when I'm not with my car? I actually wouldn't consider using this place to park if I was arriving or leaving after dark.
