Yesterday, when I arrived at the parking space I had reserved, I found a car parked there. I tried calling the contact phone number for assistance, but no one answered. I called twice without success, and only on the third attempt—when I called from a different number—did someone answer. The owner then came down and moved the car. I had reserved the parking space from 09:00 to 17:00, but I needed to leave around 12:00–12:30. My car was blocked for more than 20 minutes. There is a place of worship across the street, and there are often abandoned or improperly parked cars in front of the parking space, which further restricts access.

Very disappointed to turn up to find car park spot was cancelled on route, as I was driving almost 4hours to get to London I didn't get cancellation until I turned up which left me trying to find another spot at short notice. Not good at all.

Tanvir was very helpful and communicative. It was great to be able to charge my car while it was there too.

Very convenient for our needs, easy to find and good communication from the owner. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant parking space, used it twice now for the O2, close to DLR and bus routes

Clear directions and space to park. We were going to the O2 so 10 minute walk to Blackwall DLR station then a few stops to Royal Victoria station and took the cable car over the river. If you don't want the cable car experience then Blackwall DLR two stops to Canning Town to pick up jubilee line to North Greenwich. I have put this as we had no idea how to get there and thought it would help someone else. Good parking and no queue out of a car park!
