Everything was fine until I tried to leave with my car. I couldn't get back in! I texted the number provided but received no reply. Fortunately, a resident was entering the site at midnight and was able to open the gate for me to retrieve my car. I was alone and quite concerned at that time of night in the back streets of Central London.
