i arrived to park but there was a car there and couldn't leave my car. i contacted the owner of the space and left a voice message but they never rang me back. i want a refund because i was late for a meeting as i had to find another parking spot.

Paid for this space because it was near where I had an interview and I didn’t want the stress of finding a space, potentially being late. When I turned up, there was a huge scaffolding lorry and a car parked across the 90% of the drive. The lorry had to move forward for me to squeeze in around them and park directly outside the house, which the instructions said not to do, but had no choice. I don’t think it’s reasonable for me having to reverse out of a tight gap when I got back onto a bus lane and busy main road as it’s dangerous. I parked, but not what I paid for and should not be advertised if work is being done on the house. Not good!

Just enter the address into google maps and it takes you there no problems. 5minish walk to the theatre.

There was plenty of space for 2 cars, but when I arrived another car was parked in the middle of the space meaning I had to squeeze in next to a tree and nearly scratched my car. If the other car had parked more thoughtfully it would have been fine. Maybe the space owner could paint a line on the ground to make more obvious parking bays?
