Update:
I am limiting the Just Park space to 1 to make it easier to drive in, position and park.
The parking space is available off the street, on my private driveway. It’s a large white detached house, just 7 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway station.
Its a safe, convenient location.
The JustPark space is on the gravel area by Broadwater road, please park on the right side, ie nearer to the house.
Important note-
Please ensure not to park by the garage so everyone can get in and out :-)

Great space. really close to thr hospital. super tight for a 4x4 but enough for a small car.

Lovely spacious driveway once car is in, easily fits 2 cars however there is a passageway on entrance to the parking space which means it is extremely difficult to angle your car into the space if there is another car parked against the fence instead of the white wall. Luckily I saw the other driver leaving his car and was able to ask him to move his car over. He had to spot me pull my car as forward as I could to enable him to get his out later.
Had I not seen him I would not have been able to get my car into the space next to the white wall therefore would of had to park somewhere else.
Ideal parking space apart from this.
However it does state in the description to park against the white wall first so as long as the first driver does this it is fine for second driver. However the second driver will need to pull a lot forward.
