Space description
A parking space is available off street, on our private driveway, behind a gate.
Look for the large white house.
Location-wise it’s 7 minutes walk to Tooting Broadway station and 5 minutes walk for the hospital.
It’s a safe, convenient location.
The JustPark space is on the pebbled and hard paved area closest to Broadwater road. Just turn left as you enter, and try and park so another car can park alongside :)
Important note:
Please ensure not to park alongside the garage so everyone can get in and out!

How our drivers felt about this space
Great parking space with easy access, located near St George’s Hospital and the tube. Spacious enough for small cars, though tighter for larger vehicles. Overall, a recommended spot for convenience and security.

Great space. really close to thr hospital. super tight for a 4x4 but enough for a small car.

Lovely spacious driveway once car is in, easily fits 2 cars however there is a passageway on entrance to the parking space which means it is extremely difficult to angle your car into the space if there is another car parked against the fence instead of the white wall. Luckily I saw the other driver leaving his car and was able to ask him to move his car over. He had to spot me pull my car as forward as I could to enable him to get his out later.
Had I not seen him I would not have been able to get my car into the space next to the white wall therefore would of had to park somewhere else.
Ideal parking space apart from this.
However it does state in the description to park against the white wall first so as long as the first driver does this it is fine for second driver. However the second driver will need to pull a lot forward.

I was asked to come back to move the car but at the end of the day there was a vehicle parked exactly where I had originally parked! It was just incredibly stressful and when I returned at the end of the day, pointless. Also Google maps link on JustPark takes you to the road opposite.

space very, very small and difficult to park in. I've got a small coupe and could hardly fit in without scraping my car. would never use again. only suitable for mini size cars or those tiny 2 seater cars. would not recommend to other drivers. thankyiu
