The owner was helpful and friendly, (the parking is actually at Bramble Close off of Broad Lane) and I was given directions on arrival in the area. I would definitely park here again.

Address/find property not as Justpark email said. you have to look for the actual address in email. Parking about 20 minutes walk from stadium.

The parking space is good and secure. I would use it again if I were to be in that area in London. However, finding it took a bit of work. My satnav (Waze) directed me to a college that is a stone-throw away from the actual parking location. The confusing thing is a big sign that reads “JustPark” pointing to that car park. I drove in and looked for Bay 7 but could not find it. It was late at night. I almost left my car in that car park. A further check on foot around the area identified the place where I was meant to be. I hope I did not harvest a ticket for myself in that car park.
Hint: use Google Maps as it appears more accurate at the local location level.

Very convenient as my son lives nearby. Thank you.

The only issue is the address is wrong; it had it as 7 Broad Lane... when actually it was 7 bramble close, broad lane. I had to knock to check in case I was leaving my car on a random driveway! Super close to Tottenham Hale station. Bar the address not being clear, all was good
