There was another car parked in the space when I arrived, 10 mins after my start time. I called the owner, who declined my call 3 times before finally taking it. They told me they didn't know the car so couldn't move it, and apologised.

On arrival we found a neighbours vehicle in the parking space fortunately we were able to locate him and kick him out. The owner of this space was very helpful but did not live on the premises so we faced a difficult situation which was overcome. Will use again
