Borough Road Pay & Stay Car Park

Poor service, I booked a parking for almost one month and when I came the parking space was occupied. You made me miss my appointment.

Parking space pre booked arrived and no spaces and struggling to get my money back, I will now speak to my credit card company

The car park was booked by a film company who did not allow access so we had to park elsewhere and also pay to do so

I paid £32 for what I believed was a guaranteed parking space in London, but it was a pay as you go car park costing £25 for the day and was already full when I arrived!

The parking I booked was hired to someone else, and I was told that it did not feature on the Just Park list even though I had paid GBP 52 when they had a banner that said GBP 25. I feel cheated and have requested for a refund which still has not come. You need to review what you offer your customers, specially since we were visiting London and were not familiar. I had to drive around for an hour to look for alternate parking venues.

When we arrived was basically no spaces left to park. Luckily enough someone came and was leaving so we took there spot. Plus parking space is in congestion zone aswell so also had to pay that on top of the expensive £25 parking. Not one of my greatest experience with just park tbh

How come you put a pole just on top of the arrow sign on the road? It signals to follow that direction but the pole in the middle narrows the road! Never park again, never ever.
