I would like a full refund for my parking space on 3/11/2026, at 3 Bletsoe Walk, N1. Due to a critical road closure that was not disclosed on your app at the time of purchase, I was completely unable to access the space during my booked slot of 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM.The only entry point to Bledsoe Walk is via Napier Grove, which was entirely closed off. I circled the area multiple times attempting to find an alternative route from the main road, but all other access points were blocked. Because the app failed to provide this essential access warning and I could not use the service I paid for, I look forward to receiving a full refund.
