I haven't received the code access,was not on my email neither on the app as current booking or nothing so I couldn't get in and the space owner refused the refund.

Safe parking spot very near our appartment just off Tower Bridge for a reasonable price.

Trouble free and very convenient for our trip. Entry is easy via gate just off the main road and booking and extending time period made simple by Justpark. Would definitely recommend.

The parking was good value for money, we knew how to find it as we read a review that said you had to find the red gates and enter the code in the box on the side if we hadn't seen that I dont think we would have found it as the instructions dont tell you anything except the code, the number of the flat is given so we knew which parking spot to use and the car was safe and secure, I didnt speak to the owner so not sure how easy that would be as it was all through just park but overall a good experience found it well and parked easily.

No mention of height restrictions - even after taking our vehicle details. Couldn’t see ark.

Having found this be the cheapest parking in London I was impressed. But the photos were confusing and there were zero instructions to get to the carpark - just a ‘code’. There was no image of where to enter this code. I messaged the owner 3 times over the course of 24 hours and had 0 response. I only figured this out by scouring Google maps and luckily coming across a random red gate on the side of trocette mansion, zooming in a LOT to notice a tiny keypad. This is where the code goes. Be careful - behind this correct carpark is another carpark which I very almost parked in - and it labelled on Google maps as a car park whereas this one is not. You could easily go in the wrong and receive a hefty fine.

Excellent secure parking. Easy to locate and access code worked fine. would recommend to all future users, and will certainly use again when next in London.
