Swiss Terrace Car Park

We parked on the upper level. Our car was stained on its roof by some sort of dripping stalactites on the ceiling. This looked quite permanent but we were able to get it off at home by scrubbing vigorously with white vinegar (it was a rental car so we didn't want to be charged for damages). There appear to be gutters installed on the upper level to prevent this, but the caustic substance drips though the gutters. Beware of parking any nice cars up there.

Car park was full

Parking was fine, returned to my car to find what appeared to be a glue drip on the windscreen. No big deal, finally got cleaned off, emailed to inform them to avoid issues for others & just received a defensive reply as if I were claiming. Had no intention of complaining just trying to help.

When a friend came to view my car in your garage, he stopped inside the garage for a short period and never left the garage. You issued him with a parking fine. In your reply you said it was site enforcement or local authority that was responsible for the fine, who are they?

Les 3 jours et 2 nuits se sont bien passés mais nous n'avons pas été rassurés car des hommes allaient et venaient et débranchaient les caméras ... Nous sommes venus plusieurs fois vérifier la voiture et la déplacer au niveau 0 où il y avait plus de voitures.

This car park was disgusting,rubbish everywhere,looked like It hadn't been cleaned in years. My car was covered in something that looked like paint from a leaking drain pipe It took ages to get it off.

Found this carpark space in just the right area with great ease online. Booking and paying all went smooth as silk. Found the actual carpark an hour &a half later also with great ease.

Good location, good price for 24hr and car safe on return - will use again

Found the location no issues. Probably would have given 4/5 stars if it wasn’t for the smell of urine and the fact i couldn’t amend my arrival time and i arrived 2 hours late.
