Owners is a Cheater. I was made a booking through just park and I cheated from both side. I paid and booked 7 days before. Space located 6. When I went there already another car parked over there. I was called several time to cheater space owner. But cheater never receive my call.then text him to asking help. I was visited London from different city for an urgent appointment. Space owner text me instead of take my call. And explain he or she is not able to take phoncall and suggested to park elsewhere to make new bookings through apps and money will be refunded. This is not a question of refund. This is a question of harassment. When anyone paid through apps this is a clear written agreement between you and just park to provide service.Both failure to provide service which breaches this agreement. i try to call just park and unfortunately they fo not have any customer service number. Only robotic messages which not works that urgent situation. Just park also advice to refund but my question where I need to park because already I have lose my booked parking. Really stressful day. I have parked Westfield stratford and take public transport to attend my appointment late time. My day out turns terrible day. My advice need to remove this dpace owner from just park and need to telephonic customer service for urgent customer to provide instant service about this type of situation. Please never park here anymore to avoid harassment. Shameless person .Shame on you cheater.
