received a parking fine for not displaying a permit. I was not informed I needed one nor did I receive one.
parking area is at the side and back of properties, lots of rubbish. didn't feel safe.

The parking wasn't as shown on pictures the cctv cameras were damaged and when entering my parking space was greeted by a large abandoned sofa. Resorted to driving to the shopping centre and paying £10

There were no spaces available when we arrived. Some people had parked their cars over two spaces and one of the spaces was entirely blocked by a dirty mattress and empty fridge. There was no one to monitor access and we had to go elsewhere. Paid £40+ for nothing. Will be seeking refund.
