I parked there once before without any issues, as I found an empty parking space. However, the second time, I booked the space one day in advance for the following day, but when I arrived, the space was occupied by another vehicle. I tried to contact the owner twice, but their phone was switched off. I left a message and called again about 10 minutes later, but by then it was already too late. I had to find alternative parking because the location is close to the hospital, where it is not possible to wait around for long periods of time. This caused significant inconvenience, especially when visiting a hospital and needing reliable parking that had already been booked and paid for.

Brilliantly close to Royal London Hospital. Lovely spot which was big enough for my small SUV. Super simple instructions. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Top marks.

There wasn't a space when I arrived but the owner moved it quite quickly. However, the advert states that the space is large enough for a van/minibus ie. Ford Sprinter, but this is definitely not true. It might be if there is only one vehicle parked on the driveway but when I arrived there was already, what I found out to be a longer term renter, and I could only just fit my car in the space and be able to get out! Wording needs changing on the entry.

Space was occupied when we arrived. Knocked on door and resident had car there that moved it for us. No issue but delayed us by a few minutes for hospital appointment
