Great experience. Found parking space easily, collected the fob from shop around corner,,easy to park and near to our destination of US Embassy and Duchess Belle hotel, would certainly use again.

Great communication throughout, space was perfect for our trip to Battersea Power Station, it was 5 minute walk away!
Key fob for the garage was only 1 minute walk away and really easy to find and collect. Will definitely book again next time we come to London. Thank you.

Space I would only recommend for small hatchback vehicles. Confusion around the spaces entrance and exit as this requires a collection of a fob from another location. I feel that a key safe would be much more suitable, especially for a busy London location with no accessible road parking for fob collection. (Single track road with dead end). All other spaces I have used on this app have been seamless with no contact required. Would recommend to the owner that some more automation is added to their service offering
