Absolutely awful. Was forced to install and register the app just to park my car once. No machine available on site to park without registration. Then I registered and did everything I was forced to do. Still i could not get into the parking lot. The gates would not open. Actually and thankfully there was a friendly man employed there who could let me in. All the time I had people assisting broken "automated" solutions all over the UK. How much money does that crap save you? To me it was a waste of time and quite agitating experience.
As i have no option to reply to your reply, i just add it here. No thank you. I will never ever use your service again. If you design a service that relies on mobile services only without any fallback option such as a local device not relying on any cloud service at all then you have at least a dozen of points of failure per design without any fallback option. Reminds me of the Boeing 737 Max or the cloudstrike disaster. I have designed such IT infrastructures but I always include at least one fail over option because everything else is just shouting for frustration or worse. If you want to improve, adopt a technical fail over option. All other options ignore the root cause.

The car park is fine above ground the car park underground is too tight in and out. I have damaged my car on the way out. My gar is bigger I would not be taking anything bigger than a fester size down there.

Made parking in Camden very easy! This is a place that is notorious for difficulty finding a parking space usually. However, I found safe, monitored parking right in the heart of the town. I would definitely recommend
