If you pre-book your time slot you cannot amend this and move this time to later in the day. I pre-booked two hours and getting into London is a nightmare. I was late and prior to my booking starting, I attempted to amend this but lost out on £10 of parking and had to pay a further £10 to cover the parking since I was late. There should be a way for customers to be able to move their bookings in case of emergency or errors with traffic. The parking spaces were also very tight and at mismatched angles.

Perfecte parkeerplaats, lekker dichtbij airport Eindhoven , niet al te duur. Enige opmerking: sommige vooral dure auto’s nemen 2 parkeerplaatsen in beslag staan asociaal geparkeerd waardoor het zoeken was naar een plekje terwijl de parkeerplaats bijna vol was.

This is a brilliant parking spot especially if you're going to the Zoo as it's a short walk away.
Really secure car park and easy to access. We parked up top not underground and there was plenty of space.
