Need to know
Keep an eye out for the orange APH sign and follow the fenced road into the car park. You'll have to pass through the ANPR barrier and then into the nearest arrivals lane. Head into reception and hand your keys over at the desk.
Grab a coffee from the machine if you fancy one then head out to the bus stop. There's usually one already waiting, and they run every 10 to 15 minutes. It's 10 to 12 minutes to the airport, depending on which terminal you're flying from.
Meanwhile, a driver from the parking team will move your car to a secure area of the car park, where it will stay while you're away.
When you get back, take the bus back to the car park and head back to reception. They'll give your keys back and let you know where your car's parked.

We recommend giving yourself around 30 to 40 minutes to drop your car off and get the shuttle bus to the airport.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.4m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £15 per day. This is subject to change.
Returning to a different terminal? Don't worry this car park runs shuttles to both terminals. On your way to the airport ask your bus driver where to go on your return.

I heard various stories from my friends and relatives about such car parks from how their experience was, but I was so pleasantly surprised with how my experience was with this particular car park. Absolutely everyone I spoke to or dealt with was so nice, helpful, accommodating and lovely - from the shuttle bus drivers to the people at the desk. The check in couldn’t be simpler - I parked my car in the check-in lanes, dropped the keys off, and got onto the shuttle bus. It really couldn’t have been any easier or quicker.The bus drivers on both of our journeys were really pleasant and helped with bags. Instructions in the email booking confirmation were very clear, I had no troubles finding the car park. The car park has very clear signs where to drive for a check in, and where the exits are. Upon return, it was just as simple to collect my car. I had a very long flight delay and I didn’t return to the car park at the time I had specified, and it wasn’t an issue or difficulty to extend it. It was my first time using this car park, and I’d definitely recommend it to others based on my experience.

At 2am the service was remarkably efficient: registering, bus, car parked for us etc. Coming back the buses were frequent, the driver helped with our luggage and our car was waiting a few steps away.
