The speed of setting up an account and booking parking was fantastic. It was very easy and the response we had from the supplier of the parking space was excellent. We were concerned about being able to park in a resident permit area but the comms from the supplier gave us confidence.
Some explanation on the booking screen would probably give future customers the same confidence and remove any anxieties that would prevent making a booking.

Omitted to mention that parking was free from permit restrictions on a Sunday. I am also aware that they charged at least one other vehicle for the same "space" so they have made a pretty penny charging for free on street parking. Have requested a refund.

Nice, quiet spot with plenty of space. Followed the directions and found the space, although the photo didn't match the directions (checked the whole length of the road and there was nowhere that resembled the photo). Tried to call the space owner to confirm we were in the right space but the number wasn't recognised.

The address was in a residential area with parking bays I was unable to find the number 17 and did not want to park in someone else’s bay. So I did not use the space allocated it wasn’t clear enough also as I was a Sunday parking in the road was free so I feel that I was ripped off. I would like to request a refund thank you
