All Saints Road Car Park

Couldn't access the parking space, the space is also on restricted from a " play street". Very disappointing I paid and had to pay to park somewhere else instead as gate didn't open

First the bad bit, the car park doesn't look great, it was dirty. The gate didn't open at the arrival and I needed to call the number on the gate to access the space. It was a bit annoying because it was taking around 15 minutes to wait to access the vehicle. The good bit: because of that the car park was really secure, in a perfect location both to reach the apartment we rent for our stay as well as the tube stop Westbourne park. Literally around 10 minutes walk from Portobello road .

I had a terrible experience last week and want to warn others. If you have a strict schedule, do not rely on this service. The entrance gate was broken upon arrival. It took 20 minutes of troubleshooting just to enter the car park via the exit gate. When I returned, my booking had expired. I was unable to leave because the app would not allow me to create a new booking (the system showed "not available"). I was stranded outside the car park for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Support staff were unhelpful, repeatedly asking me to "create a new booking" despite me explaining the system wouldn't allow it. They also provided two different PINs that were completely invalid. The fundamental issue is that JustPark has no contingency plan for when a booking expires and the car is still at the car park. The support agents are clearly not trained to handle these emergencies. Save yourself the stress and use a different parking provider.

Steep entry and exit, but great spot

The access to this car park is very steep and going from the road the change in angle scraped the underside of my car

If you've got anything that isn't a land rover, or monster truck, you're best not parking here. The angle to both get in and out is horrendous. It's caused hundreds of pounds worth of damage to my car by scraping the bottom across the road trying to get both in and out of the car park

Great place. Shame I couldn't book it next day. Auto gates opening from JustPark app is fantastic feature!

Mercedes Estate car and scraped all the bottom of the car going from the road over the path and down the side road to the parking. gate was always open meaning the security was not secure. gates did not open when pushing the barrier button on the app and had to go in and out the same gate. would recommend for higher up vehicles than the estate.
