When you arrive, drive through the green gates to the drop-off area by reception. The team will give you a ticket with instructions on the back for when you return. Then park your car – keep your keys – and take the shuttle bus to the terminal.
Shuttle buses run every 5-10 minutes, 24 hours a day and take about 4 minutes.
When you get back, call the car park – details will be on your confirmation and car park ticket – and the shuttle bus will pick you up. Collect your car and head home.

The small print
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
Drive a van, commercial vehicle, pickup, long wheelbase or a car with more than 7 seats? Take a look at our large vehicles package instead. Turn up in an oversized car and you'll be charged the difference between the standard and large vehicles service, plus an additional £30 surcharge.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 6 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £30 per day. This is subject to change.
The shuttle bus can't carry large sporting equipment. Guests with these items should drop off passengers and equipment at the terminal before parking at the car park.

Good value. Easy to find. Bus was a bit chaotic in the morning - about 15 people waiting by the portacabin - but bus pulled up with only 2 seats - not sure where all the people on board came from! Some people ended up walking to the terminal as no indication of how long it would be to the next one. Perhaps on booking, asking how many passengers there will be, would allow better planning for bus capacity and frequency.
