Great space in a lovely safe area. Only thing to note is that the space is a bit on the smaller side so reversing in is the way to go.

It was a v tight fit. If something had parked next to me when I needed to leave, I wouldn't have been able to reverse out.

The space opposite the front door to the property (no70) is quite tight to the wall, especially as there was another car parked in the other space (opposite no71A) at the time. Also the bins were out and I had to move them out of the way so I could park in the space. I was a bit concerned my car would be scratched inadvertently by people coming and going from the front door and/or moving the bins back. So overall, ok but not the best space in the area.
