The instructions how to find the space were conflicting and there was no space available when I should up. Feels like this was a scam! Have written to complain and request refund but no response yet

I booked the parking in someone driveway and the owner did not let me to park. He said just park there are scammers. I requested my money back and no answer from them

Absolutely awful service. After booking was complete, I was sent directions to the location simple enough you think. However, instruction 1 had a different post code to instructions no 2 and 3. Wasted nearly an hour driving to the different post codes on the instructions before eventually I found a post code that put the location where I purchased for. Turns out I could have parked in the same location for 24hours for less money if I had just parked there on the day with RingGo.
Absolutely awful and would not recommend.
