Unacceptable place to be advertised. The parking space left was the one closest to the end of the parking area. Hedges and flowers not trimmed and coming deep inside the borders of the parking space. Ended up scratching my car. It is a shame.

Padlock was set at release combination when I arrived. It was however a little difficult to release padlock and also to re-lock it after parking. I was unable to move the numbers for locking.
