Good location and easy access to central London. Everything was fine overall and the parking was convenient.
The only issue was that the doorbell/intercom wasn’t working — neither when I arrived nor when I came back to collect my car. This made getting in and picking up the car a bit difficult.
Apart from that, everything was good.

There's a shutter which secures the hotel car park and a sign telling you to press the buzzer and the hotel reception will check your booking using your Just Park booking reference. They took over 15mins to answer the buzzer despite ringing multiple times, then didn't bother to ask for my reference number. I was late for my appointment due to this.
1. Anyone can just get in without checks, and more importantly;
2. They took far too long to let me in and I was concerned I'd have the same trouble getting out, which thankfully I didn't.

Parking our car safely in the basement of the Citadines Holborn hotel for two weeks was extremely important to me.
This way, we could bring our luggage directly and quickly to our hotel room.

We couldn't park because an inconsiderate person had parked their large van across 2 bays. We were then late for our child's admission to Great ormond st hospital and I've heard nothing back from Just park, awful service!!! I want a refund and money for the extortionate amount we ended up having to pay last minute!!
