Reasonable value for money but the phone experience was terrible. Call cut off, tried the website, pages wouldn't load correctly etc

WHY HAS PARKING CHARGE INCREASED??
THE SIGNAGE IN THE CARPARK STATES COMPLETELY DIFFERENT MONTHLY PRICES TO WHAT IS ADVERTISED VIA THIS APP!!

Nearly everytime i park here (and pay) i get sent a Parking Charge Notice from the firm that runs it...cant help think there's some sort of scam going on.

the cars are not properly packed so you have wide spaces in between parked cars that you cant put your car because it cant fit an average car . there should be painted lines ( like a box )marked for each car, that way there is enough space to go round and it looks neat and people wont just park in front of you and then you have to manoeuvre to get out .
