Really useful parking just 15 minutes off King's Cross

Gate did not open with code but did easily with link on confirmation

I was unable to access the parking, security code did not work, called Just Park and was holding for 20 minutes before getting a recorded message telling me no one available to take my call and to call back before being auto disconnected. I had to find and pay for alternative parking or be late for my client meeting. I paid for parking which I was unable to access and park and no one available to help me from Just Park.

I paid £10 for a space. Only to come and see that there were no spaces available. This car park is unreliable, and there was no one there to help. If you're going to make a space available on this app, at least make sure that there's actually space. Waste of time and money. Smh

Having booked this last week from 14:00-18:00hrs, we arrived at 14:10 to find ALL bays 1-5 FULL...!! No space at all. Totally unacceptable!

Secure and safe will defiantly use again having a large Lexus parking spaces were a good size.

Gate code does not work, cannot get into the car park (luckily a resident was there to let me in, but that can't be relied on). To get back to my car I had to climb over the huge gate. Not worth the risk...

Very poor experience. Travelled six hours for an important appointment only for the gated parking area to be unresponsive, the app said my location wasn't the same and the manual keypad on the wall also unresponsive. I rang customer service who managed to open the gates (by this time I was already twenty minutes late) as I drove into the Exeter Mews car park in Fulham which holds five spaces I was greeted with no available space. I booked this roughly 1-2 weeks in advance so was fuming when I couldn't park as I do not on know the area. I ended up paying double to park at a shopping centre and received no apologies or compensation for the issue, I wasn't even told the results of their investigation if one was even made.
