Bloc Space - Hackney Wick - Car Park 1 (The Permanite Building)

Easy too book, good price and as described location near to our event, thank you!

I booked this space for three days as I wanted the reassurance of having pre-paid, reservable parking. On Friday I was told by someone on site that I didn’t even need to pay to park there, which was confusing given I’d booked through JustPark. The biggest issue was on Sunday when I returned to find there were no available spaces, despite having a valid reservation. I asked staff for help but was simply told I couldn’t park there and to leave, rather than being offered any assistance. Another person on site even commented that “this happens all the time,” which was concerning. I couldn’t get through to the JustPark helpline, so I had to find somewhere else to leave my car within the site. Unfortunately, this resulted in another vehicle blocking me in later that evening. The location itself is convenient for the stadium, but I booked this space specifically to avoid the stress of finding parking. Unfortunately, the reservation didn’t guarantee a space when I needed it, which defeats the purpose of pre-booking. I hope the management improve how this site is operated, as I wouldn’t feel confident booking this particular space again.

Very easy to find. Fabulous location near the London Stadium. Will definitely use again.
